| General Lease Information: |
| |
| 1) Amount of security deposit is equal to one month's
rent and is due at the time the application is submitted in order to
secure the rental. We must receive the first month's rent prior to
move-in. The security deposit will not be put towards the last
month's rent, it will be refunded after an inspection of the rental is
complete and the applicable deductions have been applied. |
